Rental Agreement

Please fill out this rental agreement before you arrive at the studio to expedite your rental.

Pricing & Rate Details

Standard Hours

Monday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

AFTER HOURS RENTALS

$10 per hour additional charge for hours booked between 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

DEPOSITS

50% deposit due at time of booking your reservation. Remaining rental fees due on the day of rental. 

CANCELLATIONS

Full deposit refund for cancellation made more than 48 hours before scheduled rental.

No deposit refund for cancellation made less than 48 hours before scheduled time of rental.

Studio Etiquette

Your rental begins promptly at the reservation starting time and ends promptly at the reservation ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late.

Rental time includes un-load, setup, tear down and cleanup. All must be completed by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking.

$50 minimum cleaning fee required for excessively dirty studio and large groups or production crews exceeding 15 people.

The following are only allowed with prior consent, and could incur additional fees:

  • Animals

  • Smoking in the studio

  • Hard to clean items - glitter, confetti, hay, feathers, sand, powders, plants, paint, etc.

No one admitted under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.

Maximum of 10 people in studio at any one time. An additional fee of $5.00 per person may be added for groups over 10.

Please leave studio space as you found it:

  • Put away any chairs or props that were used

  • Turn off all lighting & speakers

  • Put all trash in black trash cans and sweep when necessary

  • Remove any bulk items trash to dumpster behind building
